 From March 15 to October 31 : open every day, 9h30 a.m. to 5h30 p.m.
From November 1st to March 15 : open on rendez-vous (call us)



Free guided visit (30 minutes approx.)

Complete explanations about the process for production of maple syrup, from the sweet water given by the maple tree to the evaporation to obtain maple syrup.


Visit the Maple sugar shack with the different rooms (boiling room, bottling and other maple products cooking room).

Presentation of different maple products and the best suggestions for tasting them.


At the end of the visit, tasting (maple syrup and maple butter).

During the season of production (in spring), we serve the “Maple taffy on the snow”.



Maple products on sale at the best cost (directly at the producer’s place); it signifies half-cost than in touristic stores. No tax on maple products.


We accept your maple products orders and we mail them everywhere in the world (refer to the Order Form on this Web Site)

If you want to visit us : when you arrive on Island of Orléans, turn left at the traffic light; drive 21 km (13 miles) and you arrive at the sign : Érablière à visiter. Just next, we operate also a trout fishing pond. Our address :
